This was a CPD session I ran for whole staff on the use of restorative practice. I have removed images and names due to GDPR, but this can be adapted for use in any secondary school context.

Here is my final submission for the NPQSL, which was a resubmission. The original mark was 18/28 but final submission 25/28. I have included some of my attachments to give you an idea of expectations regarding data submissions.
